What is Flat Rate Shipping?
Flat rate means the price of shipping is not connected to the weight, shape, or size of the shipped item, hence the term “flat rate.”
When Will My Order Arrive?
At Excel Supplements, your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Through FedEx Ground delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Packages going to and from Alaska and Hawaii require 3–7 business days.
Potential Service Interuptions of Shipping
Potential service interruptions include matters outside of Excel Supplements control. Such situations may include:

- Disease Outbreak

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
What do I do if I do not receive my package?
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please check your tracking number and contact our customer service. We are not notified of damaged packages from FedEx, if a package is damaged in transit we will send out a replacement ASAP.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
If you accidentally put down the wrong address, contact us ASAP and we can contact FedEx to reroute the package. If the package has already been delivered the probability of rerouting the package is less likely.
