Addressing the Root Causes of Equine Neglect
Poverty in our region creates a tremendous need for education and assistance. We are committed to addressing the root causes of equine neglect through:
- Clinics and Educational Events: Offering hands-on learning experiences to promote better horse care.
- Blogs and Online Resources: Providing valuable information to educate and inspire.
- In-Person Assistance: Directly supporting communities and individuals in need.
Our goal is to reduce the number of horses requiring rescue by fostering a culture of respect and responsibility towards equine welfare.
Rehabilitation and Adoption: Preparing Horses for a Brighter Future
Comprehensive Care for Rescued Horses
Horses in our care receive extensive rehabilitation and training to prepare them for successful adoptions. Our focus is on:
- Rehabilitation: Addressing physical and emotional needs to ensure recovery.
- Training: Preparing horses to become reliable and well-mannered equine partners.
Fostering Good Horsemanship
We strive to create more skilled horsemen and women, resulting in fewer horses in need and more horses finding suitable homes. Our educational initiatives aim to improve overall equine care and support a healthier equine community.
